I sometimes question around this time of the mission of why is that I am when in the point that I am doing my best here.... seems to be the hardest experience I am having yet! Still trying hard and I still have hope here's the summary of how'd this week went sweet and short as usual.
Well, me and Elder Maurer had a fantastic Zone Training last Tuesday, and I hope all the Elders and Sisters in the Zone enjoyed it very much and we hope that this training will continue to motivate the missionary cause in Cambodia! Throughout this week we are trying very hard to find other people within the Tuek Thlaa Area, it wasn't easy but we did so last week. It was such a super rainy week throughout our time proselyting in this area. Pretty crazy here... I love it. Hahaha
We've been working on meeting investigators such as Bong Si Yin (or spelled as Zion from last post) he's been motivated to come to church twice already showing the fact that he wants to be baptized, he's understanding doctrines alright, and he's been very active around church most of the week even though he participates in Basic REAN English session when I mean active I mean that he loves showing up to church when it's open to the public and loves to chill around some members and people that interacts with each other over here. Another thing is we've working out with Bong Banha and other people such as Ming Chrib- it was difficult for us to reach her through out this week.
For a big ward means a lot of work to catch up through the obstacles to conquer and take on in our part. One more thing is along with the Ward Missionary's help we found a family that was investigating the church know as Ros Kum, and Pu Chomnan, and even Bong Kosal, a member's companion! We committed them to a baptismal date in this opportunity and they show willingness to be baptized since knowing and understanding the doctrine of God's plan with massive help from the members that's this lesson went super smooth! Oh yeah!
We have been working the Orphanage over here as well and we're still trying to figure the work here out as well. Funny story I like to share is despite the rain that's happened here so much last week, Elder Maurer was giving away the pictures he's drawn to the kids in the orphanage and they loved it so later on other children want him to draw pictures for them as well since his drawing are fantastic! Hahaha!
The biggest highlight of the week is last Saturday I baptized one of my investigators I was working hard on last transfer in Tuek La'ak which is Bong Seyha! So happy that he's prepared himself enough to qualify himself for baptism and now he's a recent convert over that ward now!
*sigh* The many things missionary work can do for many precious souls. I love meeting those that are very willing enough to humble themselves even enough to allow the Gospel of Jesus Christ to work with in themselves.
Well, gotta dash in a bit, but still doing my best with all that I can and I know that doing my best is better than doing nothing, I still have hope in this mission in Cambodia! I love this mission and it still mean everything! God bless you all, stay fantastic and will be posting to you all next week. Love you all and I truly appreciates each and everyone of that's kept me in your prayers it really means a TON to me!
P.S. I still know that God's grace is still sufficient for all of us if only we allow it to work with us! Will posting another post next week!

"And now, my beloved brethren , after ye have gotten into th is strait and narrow path, I w ould ask if all is done?Behold , I say unto you, Nay; for ye have not come thus far save it were by the word of Christ wi th unshaken faith in him, rely ing wholly upon the merits of him who is mighty to save. Whe refore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ , having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting u pon the word of Christ, and en dure to the end, behold, thus s aith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life. And now, behold , my beloved brethren, this is the way; and there is none other way nor name given under heaven whereby man can be sav ed in the kingdom of God.And n ow, behold, this is the doctri ne of Christ, and the only and true doctrine of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Hol y Ghost, which is one God, wit hout end. Amen." - 2 Nephi 31:19-21
