How's it going everyone! Well, I don't have too much to share about this post because... it's pretty straight forward week. Throughout the week the North Side of Phnom Penh turn into a ghost town because of the Pchum Ben holiday where in Khmer Buddhism you offer food or rice cakes to ancestors or something like that.
One thing I love from last week I would like to share is after Deep Cleaning on the 30th of September the Phnom Penh Elder and Sisters gatherer over at the South Stake Center/ East District Center to watch Ephraim's Rescue a awesome Mormon pioneer movie that is worth watching the title of this post was my favorite part because well... I would be frustrated enough to break a chair and kicked those contending pastors out! I was like "YEAH!" kick them out they don't want the spirit in this they CHEH TAI "bash".*sigh* Amen to Ephraim being there for his little brother as he's been baring his testimony about what he know concerning The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! While his mom remains demented and over apostatized. It was sad to see mom actually embracing these pastors claims and bashing ... not good at all!
Yesterday Church was fantastic, we had all 3 wards such as Tuek Thlaa, Tuek Laak and Toul Kork to meet each other in the church as a mini-stake sacrament meeting for only 1 hours! I love Cambodian Saints keeping the Sabbath even though it's Pchum Ben! Even our investigator Ming Chrib showed to church with her children even with the one that can't walk such as Bun Thouen!
Throughout last we've been meeting with Bong Phor, a great investigator who just teachable we had the chance to discuss with him about the 10 Commandment... still needs work on continuing to come to church but that would be it for most investigators... not coming to church to make the Sabbath a delight, no making your sacred covenant with God by baptism! Nope I can't allow any investigator who don't continue to study the scriptures, communicate with God by prayer, and honoring the Sabbath by coming to church to partake of the sacrament!
Saturday I had a straight forward exchange with Elder Christensen and it was fun to be back at Tuek Laak for bit even though its quite empty over there... cricket... cricket.
So in conclusion of this post I truly love my mission in Cambodia! This mission still means everything to me and I would do whatever it takes for me to fulfill by part in God's work in these latter-days I see bright futures throughout the rest of my mission! Here's why!... TRANSFER CALL ALERT! I am going to remain ZONE LEADERS but transferring to Chomkamon to serve with another Khemrican..... ANOTHER KHMERICAN known as ELDER ROM from Athens, Georgia! I am super excited for the opportunity to companions with another Khmerican! I know that we're going to do great together some of you notice the posts I had lately about this Elder he's amazing and he loves the people we serve here just as much more than I do! I am super excited!
I am eternally grateful for the sacred opportunity to serve in the North Zone looks like the adventures in the North Zone is officially over for time to move back to the South Zone where I was in Stueng Mean Chey 3 with Elder Reeves except at Chomkamon with Elder Rom! I am excited beyond measure I see a bright future for this mission got to blast! Just want to let you all know that I am dong fantastic I love missionary work and I love living the missionary dream baby! Stay awesome and bless! "Hurrah for Israel shall... we not go forward into.... this... cause.... Blah!" - Haha! Well here I go will be posting next about by debut in Chomkamon hope it'll be fun there!

LOVE YOU ALL I'M STILL KICKIN' SPIRITUAL BUTT OUT HERE! (with Charity everyone calm down now! Haha!) I am going to miss serving with Elder Maurer, for I learned a lot throughout last white-washing transfer and 2 weeks, it was an awesome round and it was an honor to serve each other as companions in Tuek Thlaa til' we meet a again!
"Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom."- Proverbs 13:10
"For verily, verily I say unto you, he that hath the spirit of contention is not of me, but is of the devil, who is the father of contention, and he stirreth up the hearts of men to contend with anger, one with another. Behold, this is not my doctrine, to stir up the hearts of men with anger, one against another; but this is my doctrine, that such things should be done away." - 3 Nephi 11:29- 30
